Welcome to Broadwell Manor Estate LLP/events. By booking any of our events via WooCommerce, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before making a booking.

1. General

1.1 Broadwell Manor Estate LLP provides event bookings involving speakers and/or demonstrations through our website.

1.2 By booking an event, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into a binding contract.

2. Bookings & Payment

2.1 All bookings are subject to availability. Bookings must be made through our WooCommerce platform, and full payment is required at the time of booking.

2.2 Upon receipt of your booking, you will receive an email confirmation. It is your responsibility to check that all details in the confirmation are correct. If you do not receive confirmation, please contact us immediately.

2.3 Prices are subject to change without prior notice. However, once a booking is confirmed, the price is fixed.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

3.1 Customer Cancellations: If you wish to cancel your booking, you must notify us in writing. Refunds for cancellations are as follows:

  • More than 14 days before the event: Full refund.
  • Between 7-14 days before the event: 50% refund.
  • Less than 7 days before the event: No refund.

3.2 Event Cancellations by Us: We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule events due to unforeseen circumstances, including speaker availability or other factors beyond our control. In such cases, you will be entitled to a full refund or the option to transfer your booking to an alternative event.

4. Event Participation

4.1 Participation in our events may involve activities, demonstrations, and interaction with the speaker. By booking, you acknowledge that you understand any associated risks and agree to participate responsibly.

4.2 We are not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage during the event unless caused by our negligence.

5. Code of Conduct

5.1 We strive to create an inclusive and respectful environment for all attendees. Any inappropriate behaviour, harassment, or misconduct will not be tolerated, and we reserve the right to remove participants without a refund.

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 All content, materials, and demonstrations at the events, including those by speakers, are the intellectual property of Broadwell Manor Estate LLP or the respective speaker. You may not record, reproduce, or distribute any content without prior written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

7.1 Our liability to you for any claim relating to your booking or participation in an event is limited to the amount paid by you for the event.

7.2 We will not be liable for any indirect or consequential losses, including loss of profit, opportunity, or reputation.

8. Privacy

8.1 Any personal information you provide during the booking process will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

9. Governing Law

9.1 These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom.  Any disputes arising in connection with these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Kingdom.
